Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Programs and classes extend beyond these hours and days. The Mind Matters Clinic is conveniently located in Murphys and centrally located in the Sierra.

We are proud to offer sufficient time in each appointment to fully evaluate and treat our clients. Therefore, missed appointments are very disruptive to our schedule and cannot be readily replaced. An individual may miss a single appointment without consequence, otherwise we require 24 hours advanced notice for cancellations or missed appointments. If an appointment is missed or canceled within that time, a fee will be charged: Cancellation Fee = $40 dollars; Missed Appointment Fee = $60 dollars
